The fastest way to track: check the shipping confirmation email we sent the moment your package left the warehouse.

Can't find it? Email orders@miranova.com with your full name and order number and we'll resend it within minutes.

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 48 hours after you received your confirmation, USPS has the package but hasn't scanned it yet — this is normal and almost always resolves on its own. If three business days pass with no update, ping us and we'll open an investigation immediately.
