If you're not in love with your Miranova tool within 30 days of delivery, send it back — we'll refund you in full. No restocking fees, no return-shipping costs inside the US.
How it works
- Email returns@miranova.com with your order number.
- We'll email you a prepaid USPS label within one business day.
- Drop it at any USPS location and you're done.
- Refunds land in your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Warranty replacements
Every Miranova device is covered by a free 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, email support@miranova.com with a quick description and a photo, and we'll send a replacement — usually same-day.
